Please note that certain categories, such as clearance gowns and intimate apparel, are final sale to ensure the highest quality for all our clients.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box with all designer tags, hangers, and protective packaging included to avoid damage during transit.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our formalwear experts inspect the garment for quality assurance, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
